What is the MCSE Communication?
The Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) Communication certification proves that you have the core skills to manage a Lync Server 2013 infrastructure. This advanced Lync Server certification validates your unified communications (UC) expertise in creating a consistent communications experience for your organization. Achieving MCSE: Communication certification validates your ability to plan, design, deploy, and manage Lync Server 2013 in an environment that includes legacy services and Lync Online. It confirms that you can translate business requirements into technical architecture and design for a UC solution, and it verifies your skills around IM, presence conferencing, and Persistent Chat.
To get a MCSE: Communication certification you need to complete these five exams:
Exam 410: Installing And Configuring Windows Sever 2012
Exam 411: Administering Windows Server 2012
Exam 412: Configuring Advanced Windows Sever 2012 Services
After finishing Exam 410, 411 and 412 you'll earn a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA): Windows Server 2012 certification. Once you have your MCSA: Windows Server 2012 the next two exams will upgrade that to a MCSE: Communication.

Exam 337: Enterprise Voice & Online Services with Microsoft Lync Server 2013
