What is the MCITP Enterprise Administrator?
The Microsoft Certified IT Professional: Enterprise Administrator (MCITP) is an expert level certification and one of the leading certifications for Windows Server that validates your ability to handle day-to-day management of the Windows Server Operating System, File Structure, Databases and Directory Services; handle software distribution and updates; monitor servers; provide troubleshooting support; support engineering and change-management projects; build and configure servers; implement auditing policy; perform scheduled vulnerability-assessment scans; and monitor logs for firewalls and intrusion-detection systems.
To get a MCITP: Enterprise Administrator certification you need to complete these five exams:
Exam 640: Configuring Windows Server Active Directory
Exam 642: Configuring Windows Server Network Infrastructure
Exam 643: Windows Server Applications Infrastructure
Exam 647: Windows Server Enterprise Administrator
Exam 680: Configuring Windows 7
